About The Role

Are you passionate about IT and looking to make an impact? We are seeking a Systems Administrator to oversee and manage all aspects of our information technology infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, and managing essential software applications. What You'll Do
  • Analyze departmental needs and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all IT vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring best practices and security.
  • Develop, refine, and implement IT processes, policies, and procedures to align with business needs.
  • Recommend, procure, and manage hardware, software, and IT-related services and equipment inventory.
  • Perform server administration tasks, manage user accounts, and ensure seamless system integration across network components.
  • Proactively identify IT issues and work with departments to implement solutions and mitigate risks.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, with a proven ability to independently manage and troubleshoot a wide range of IT functions.
  • Hands-on experience with systems like Device Management, Windows OS, Office 365, Intune MDM, Azure, PowerShell, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Expertise in configuring, installing, and maintaining both hardware and software systems.
  • A strong background in developing IT processes, policies, and procedures for business alignment and efficiency.
  • The ability to provide technical support and training to employees, helping them effectively navigate and troubleshoot new systems.

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.
