About The Role

Are you an HR professional with a strong technical background, ready to step into a client-facing role? If you have experience in benefits technology, HRIS systems, and payroll administration, and you’re eager to apply that expertise in customer engagement, this role might be the perfect fit for you!

As a Client Success Manager at Procare HR, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing their accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Oversee Medium, Large, and Enterprise accounts, working closely with supervisors, operations, and finance teams.
  • Support Stakeholders: Provide project management, HR data analysis, and reporting to help clients get the most out of their HR technology.
  • Maximize HR Technology: Help clients fully utilize UKG and other HR systems to streamline their operations.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Ensure every interaction is responsive, solution-oriented, and geared towards client satisfaction.
  • Own Your Accounts: Once assigned to an account, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of its success, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
  • HR Experience: 3+ years of experience HR functions such as payroll administration, benefits technology, or HRIS systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (especially UKG Ready) and experience using Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Analytical Ability: The ability to analyze HR data, generate reports, and use metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.
