What You'll Do:
- Oversee patient admissions, care planning, and coordination of services to ensure individualized, compliant, and high-quality care
- Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and delegation of nursing tasks per licensure and policy
- Ensure regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, chart audits, incident reporting, and participation in quality improvement initiatives
- Manage clinical operations within budget, coordinate billing and payroll documentation, and support process enhancements
- Serve as a key liaison for clients, families, physicians, and community partners, while contributing to agency outreach and reporting
What You'll Need:
- Active MN RN License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in home care or assisted living
- Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred
