As an Assisted Living Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience.
Schedule:
- Weekdays
- On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone
- Georgia Certified Assisted Living Administrator (Required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years working as an Assisted Living Administrator (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Budgeting, financial mgt, P&L, flex budget to occupancy
- Marketing and public relations
