How you will make an impact:
The Benefits Consultant will manage and advise client's accounts for employers of all sizes regarding their medical, dental, life, and disability benefits plans and programs, ensuring they are effective, compliant, and cost-efficient as the relationship manager. The Benefits Consultant will be responsible to maintain their own established book of business as well as handle substantial growth.
What you will need:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefits consulting role.
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in designing benefits packages.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with benefit laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with benefit technology platforms, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), UKG Ready experience preferred, and Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - expert proficiency in Excel.
- PEO or HR Shared Services experience preferred.
