How you will make an impact:
The Labor Specialist at Procare Labor Management is a dedicated coach for clients, focusing on optimizing labor practices and improving outcomes. This role involves analyzing labor data, developing targeted strategies, and working closely with client teams to implement best practices for maximizing labor resources and enhancing performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and client relationship skills, along with hands-on experience in scheduling or operational labor management.What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling, labor management, workforce optimization, or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience in PEO/HR Shared Services.
- Experience in senior living.
