How you will make an impact:
The Training and Quality Specialist will have an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. This role will be charged with developing and maintaining a Quality Assurance and Training program that not only safeguards service quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged. The ideal candidate is an organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our Employee Resource team to the next level in accuracy, delivery, and service.Schedule: This is a hybrid position, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm CST with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week after a 90-day period sign off. Holidays and weekends are occasionally required due to client volume.
What You Bring:
- Associate degree in business, human resources, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in adult learning and development, training and/or quality fields with a customer service focus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in both training and call center quality, preferred
