How you will make an impact:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Procare HR, you are an essential part of the Client Engagement Team. You will be accountable for first time resolution of delegated tasks; when assigned a task, it belongs to you. Customers feel peace of mind knowing their team is engaged, supported, and empowered in their partnership with Procare, and appreciative of your reliability, likability, follow-through and relentless focus on experience and satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years prior experience in client support, customer success, HR administration or a similar role.
- 2-4 years prior experience managing customer relationships and handling customer inquiries with a focus on escalation management and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the HRIS system UKG and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) for customer management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and One Note for task tracking and communication.
