How you will make an impact:
As the Payroll Account Administrator, you will play a key role in managing payroll processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while building positive client relationships. The right candidate will be highly organized with great time management skills and the ability to multi-task even when faced with interruptions.
What You'll Bring:
- Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, HR, finance, or a related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll administration experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing with multi-client focus; multi-state experience is a bonus.
- Prior experience with PEO/HR Shared Services (Preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with HRIS platforms (preferably UKG Ready).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
