How you will make an impact:
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in retirement plan operations, benefits administration, or payroll reconciliation
- Working knowledge of 401(k) plan compliance and ERISA regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with payroll systems and retirement plan recordkeeping platforms, (e.g. UKG Ready and Slavic401k)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools
- PEO or HR Shared Service experience strongly preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
