The UKG Ready Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in configuring, testing, and deploying client environments within the UKG Ready platform. This individual leads client discovery, builds customized system configurations, and ensures seamless HR, payroll, and timekeeping implementations. The ideal candidate combines deep UKG Ready expertise with strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient system setups.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leading and implementing workforce management solutions and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) required, specifically UKG Ready.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of leading successful implementations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
- Prior experience in a client-facing role.
