How you will make an impact:
As a Benefits Analyst, you will be the primary auditor for client accounts and be responsible for closely analyzing data from the HRIS system, including census, benefit and payroll data. This position will work alongside our Benefits Operations team, ensuring that all client-sponsored and master benefit plans are properly and accurately administered, and identifying any potential barriers for our clients to proactively help resolve them. What you will need:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration with a focus in analytics or auditing.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other voluntary benefits.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with benefit technology platforms, with familiarity in Human Resources Information Systems (UKG Ready Preferred).
- Familiarity with benefits enrollment processes, eligibility determination and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (Preferred).
